EduKit Return and Exchange Policy

The EduKit process: At EduKit, we custom-build each kit to ensure students receive the exact supplies their teachers request for their classes. Each kit for each school is built based on the orders received. Once all orders for a school are processed and packed, they are shipped— either to the school or to individual homes— ensuring students have the supplies they need on the first day of school.

We understand plans can change, and we're here to make the process as easy as possible. Here's how we can assist you if something changes from the time you place your order until it’s delivered: 

Cancelations and Exchanges
We can exchange for a different kit (ex. grade level or class) or cancel your order for a full refund from the time you place the order until the kits enter our production process. The start of this process varies from a day after the ordering deadline to a few weeks, depending on the program dates defined by your school coordinator.  If your kit is already in production and you need to cancel, we can process it as a return. Please use the form below to confirm your kit’s status or for assistance processing a return or exchange.

Returns

  • Requests must be made within 14 days after the first day of school.
  • Kits must be in new and unused condition to qualify for a refund.
  • Refunds are processed promptly after we receive the returned kit.
